To Become A Member of the Parish

1. You may call the parish office at 812-232-7011 and request a registration form. 
   
2. You may stop by the office to pick up a registration form Monday through Friday. 
• Office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Call ahead if you are thinking about stopping by during the lunch hour
  
3. Pick up a registration form either before or after Mass. There is a basket on the radiator by the center doors.

Forms may be returned to the office:

1. During normal working hours
   
2. By mail
   
3. By placing it in an envelope and dropping it in the collection basket.
